    Prepare the hotel name, reservation name, check-in and check-out dates, room number, and the approximate time and place where you last saw the item.

    Include brand, color, size, serial number, contents, marks, and a reference photo. Do not send full identity-document images until the hotel confirms how they must be provided.

    Confirm whether the hotel can send the item domestically by cash-on-delivery or release it to an authorized representative. Ask which authorization and ID copies it requires.

    Check courier eligibility

    Batteries, aerosols, alcohol, cash, identity documents, and other restricted items may need special handling or may not be accepted for international transport.
