Yes. We can contact up to five likely facilities in Japanese, arrange an authorized domestic handoff when available, receive the item, and prepare it for a courier pickup that you book directly.
The start fee is USD 19. If the item reaches us and matches your description, the success fee is USD 45. Domestic postage, packing, international courier charges, duties, and taxes are separate.
We contact every selected facility within three business days and email you with the result. The USD 45 success fee is not charged if the item does not reach us.
You book FedEx, DHL, or another eligible courier directly and select our address as the pickup location. We prepare the matched item for collection, but international shipping charges and carrier eligibility remain your responsibility.
No. Dangerous goods, prohibited items, and items a carrier or facility will not release cannot be handled. We check likely shipping restrictions before the handoff whenever possible.
